All sales at Zarlon are final, as perfumes and jewelry are personal and delicate items. We do not offer refunds under any circumstances. However, we do allow exchanges for products that are damaged or defective upon delivery, provided the conditions below are met.

Eligibility for Exchange

To be eligible for an exchange, the following conditions must be met:

1. The exchange request must be made within 48 hours of receiving the product by contacting our customer support team.

2. The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

3 . The packaging must be intact, without any signs of damage, tampering, or removal of seals.

4 . The product must not show any signs of use, wear, or alteration.

If the above conditions are not met, Zarlon reserves the right to deny the exchange request.

Exchange Timeframe

Once your exchange request is approved, the product must be returned to us within 7 days (1 week) of receiving it. After we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process your exchange.

What Can be Exchange

1. Products that are damaged during shipping.

2.Products with manufacturing defects.

We do not allow exchanges for:

1.Products that have been opened or used.

2.Products damaged due to customer mishandling.

3.Exchanges requested after the 48-hour reporting window.

Shipping Costs

If the exchange is due to an error on Zarlon’s part (such as a wrong or damaged item), we will cover the shipping cost for the replacement. However, if the exchange is requested for any other reason, the customer will bear the shipping costs.

Non-Refundable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following cannot be exchanged under any circumstances:

1. Perfumes that have been opened.

2. Jewelry that shows signs of wear or has been customized.
